Multi Crew Coordination
The aim of the MCC (Multi Crew Coordination) course is an optimized and coordinated teamwork in the flight deck.
Special focus in this training course are the interpersonal skills as they are: communication, leadership and decision-finding.
The objectives of MCC training are to develop the technical and non-technical components of the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to operate a multi-crew aircraft.
This training course is hold with at least a FNPTII Simulator or higher (e.g. Boeing or Airbus SIM) according to EASA requirements.

Requirements
- valid CPL(A) including ATPL-Theory Credits
- valid MEP IR rating
- valid Medical Class 1
- ICAO Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher
- aeronautical authority permission
